  I started out with tommy as a quick fix after the indulgent Christmas period to tone up for a holiday. However, now, almost 2.5 years on, personal training and fitness have become a healthy and positive attribute to my lifestyle and I haven't looked back since! With Tommy's training sessions you get variety, motivation and most importantly, results! I leave each session knowing I've been pushed to my greatest potential, something I don't feel I could do on my own! Each session has been tailor made to meet my goals and now that Tommy offers group training sessions, I am able to train with one of my best friends and we can push each other to our limits. Alongside exercising, valuable advice has also been given on diet and simple things such as sleep which can affect our weight!
  
  It's never too late to start! If you want an enjoyable way of achieving your goals- Tommy is the guy for you!!!
