  Started off in the Toilet, absolutely filthy. Urine on the floor and toilet seat, with a pile of wet tissues on the floor. Dried poo on the seat which tells me it had been there for some time.
  Then I went shopping. Put a £100 of shopping on my trolley and asked for it to be delivered only to be told that it would cost me a Tenner. I will buy it from BQ, free delivery. I did buy a tin of paint only to be 12th in the cue. Only one till open. Perhaps some people need to be retrained.

  We bought some plants & things for the garden, reasonably priced, but most of the time at the store, there are hardly any tills open compared to the 9 I think? They have. + the help desk. Only 2 were open tonight, & 1 was the help desk. Nor bad prices. Poor service.
